Refuge of Nations is a non-profit organization that works with immigrant and refugee families in the St. Louis area. Refuge of Nations seeks to walk with these families and build relationships that can model what it means to live in a multi-cultural community. Counseling, training, and other support is often provided; recognizing that the needs of our city are often best dealt with using a cross-cultural perspective. More information on Refuge of Nations can be found at the link above.
Derek Webb & Sandra McCracken are touring to support their latest EP, Ampersand. This is the first CD collaboration between the married couple, though each has made several solo albums and Derek is well known for the time he spent with the band Caedmon's Call. Sandra is from St. Louis and much of her family still lives in the area. They are both extremely excited to play in St. Louis and to support Refuge of Nations.
